In Hargreaves class we have been looking at the weather. Miss Wake wanted us to use interesting adjectives in our writing and so she brought in some ice cubes. We built ice palaces and then wrote about them.
KD - The sparkling room smelt fresh and the walls sparkled and shone.
RS - The ice is beautiful because it is glittering.
OH- The icy room feels sad and the melting ice is wet and cold.
IM- The ice is frosty and wet and beautiful.
OW- The ice will make you slip and it is scary.
