This Easter, Key stage 1 chose to perform the musical version of The Selfish Giant, as their production.
All the children worked extremely hard to learn the words to a variety of interesting songs and those in Year 2 acted as the characters and narrators.
The story tells of the selfish act of a giant and how he finds forgiveness through an act of love, ending in him joining others in Paradise. A very fitting message for the Easter season. If you do not know the story and missed the production, you could try listening to it on storynory.
Well done and thank you to Year 1 and 2. What a great performance and we all enjoyed watching you and listening to your beautiful singing!
