Volcanoes in Year 3/4

This afternoon we had great fun watching our volcanoes 'erupt' when we filled them with vinegar, bicarbonate of soda, washing up liquid and food colouring. The chemical reaction produced gas which escaped from the top of the plastic bottle inside our newspaper and art roc sculptures.
