Hargreaves class would like to say it with flowers!
This week, the children learnt why we celebrate Mothering Sunday and also about the different meanings of the phrases Mothering Sunday and Mother's Day, although they found out these are mostly interchangeable in the modern day. They also found out that the day happens
at a different time of the year in different counties. Then they made their own mother a hand print tulip.
