Maths work in Horowitz Class
This week in Horowitz Class, we are learning about finding missing angles. When we arrived at school yesterday we found lots of green tape on the tables. Mrs Anstead told us we were allowed, just this once, to write on the tables around the tape. First,
we identified whether the angles were acute (less than 90 degrees) or obtuse (more than 90 degrees). Then, we went on to work out what the angles were. We used a protractor to measure some of them, but soon discovered that once we knew some of the angles
we could do calculations, rather than use a protractor, to find the other angles. It was lots of fun!
