Last week Hargreaves class joined the rest of the school in celebrating Portugal day. We had great fun undertaking a variety of activities, but the favourite was cooking. We baked a Portuguese sponge cake or Pao de lo.
The children ate a slice before going home and declared it "the best cake ever"!
