Animal day

As well as interacting with the animals, Carle, McKee and Inkpen spent Wednesday (and the next couple of days) undertaking different animal activities. Both Carle and Mckee held a farm challenge with different activities for the children to complete. Well done to all of you for taking part.

This is what we got up to in Mckee class.

Made and enjoyed piglet cakes and sheep biscuits.
Read farm stories.

Made origami sheep.

Coloured, cut out, sorted, stuck and calculated farm animals!

Made "hand" sheep.

Played with the toy farm

Painted masks.

Made pig finger puppets.

Made stick puppets.

Put on a puppet show.

Cock-a-doodle-doo
The children also completed a maze sheet, colouring sheets, activities on the computer, watched some video clips, sang farm animal songs, wrote about their day, drew pictures, added up animals on a maths sheet and acted out farm stories.

Well done to all of McKee Class
you will get a certificate soon.
