We had so much fun today. We talked about what we were doing, co-operated, took turns, used our fine motor skills, learnt about pattern and colour, predicted outcomes, measured ingredients, tested warm and cold, learnt about dissolving, looked at African fabrics and talked about the results. Add to that we laughed, shared, got messy and even managed to avoid looking like oompa loompas at the end of the activity and you can see why we enjoyed this; in fact this activity covered all ares of the EYFS and made us smile - what more could we want?
